uhm well i know that if you get some good mouse it will let be able to get it to stick up well.

ive never tried this before but i think i have a pretty good idea of how you could do it. im good with hair

FIRST with damp hair add a lot of mouse to straighten it and hold your head upside down (just bend over) and run the mouse thoroughly down with your fingers (kind of using them as a comb)

THEN grab a blowdryer and bend over again. dry your hair upside down. i know it sounds weird but it will cause it to stick up (not vertically all the way) more and not be so flat.

AFTER that i guess you could use some super strong hairspray or sculpting gel to get the spikes in the back. its always easier if the back part is shorter than the rest of your hair though.
